Coach Walter Peggs Jr. named SIAC Player of the Week back to back weeks! Congratulations Coach! The weekly honor marks the first of the season for the senior out of Jackson, Tenn. Peggs Jr. continues to lead the SIAC in multiple scoring categories after recording 33 points against LeMoyne-Owen and 19 in the Badgers’ win over Kentucky State.
Over the past week, Peggs Jr. has shot 55 percent from beyond the arc and 47 percent from the floor. He led the nation with 26.8 points per game.
