Congratulations to Coach Gabby, Coach Oliver, and the JCT Lady Bulldogs on a historic season! The Lady Bulldogs reached the State Championship game! Last year, JCT won a district championship. This year, even bigger. The Lady Bulldogs are the first middle school in the district to qualify for the TMSAA state tournament since it began in 2018. In an interview with 39 News, head coach Erica Oliver spoke about the team’s determination to win. “They have put the work in, and everything just happened to click at the right time for us. And as a coach, that’s what you want. And they grow their growth has been amazing to watch,” Oliver said. This program has risen from humble beginnings to a historic run.
